REFUND POLICY

At PowerNow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
